A Village School until 1982, the Cholmondeley Arms was elegantly converted in 1988 into one of the truly exceptional pubs in the country.

Set in quiet Cheshire countryside adjacent to the Parks and Gardens of the historic Cholmondeley Castle, the Cholmondeley Arms has justifiably been consistently voted as one of the countries truly great pubs of the Millennium.

The Cholmondeley Arms provides a wide variety of choice, whether starters, main Courses or Desserts; all prepared in our Kitchen using fresh Regional produce.
The Wine List contains an extensive range of specially selected Wines and for the Real Ale drinkersthere is a selection of Real Ales, which are changed regularly.

We have recently installed a Wireless Internet system so that you can now Browse the web from anywhere in the pub, from your Laptop or Notebook.

 

 

The pubs accommodation is situated within the Old Headmaster House, which lies 50 metres from the Pub, and still retains much of the charm of its former use.

With 6 rooms, it provides an idyllic Cheshire accommodation for walkers, golfers or just food and wine lovers ...
